KE-CONSULT was founded in 2001 by Dr. Judith Kurte and Dr. Klaus Esser.
As a consultancy and research company KE-CONSULT focuses on competent economical and empirical analyses in the context of transport and logistics.
The managing partners of KE-CONSULT (Dr. Judith Kurte and Dr. Klaus Esser) are both economists and transport experts. They have deep knowledge in impact assessment on economy and transport. Key working areas are demand and market analyses, impact assessments, development and application of efficiency assessment tools (cost-benefit-, cost-efficiency- and multi-criteria-analyses) in rail, air and road transport and logistics/ CEP services.
Since 2001 many consultancy projects and research assignments were conducted successfully in different transport segments and research areas. The quality of the project results and the utter satisfaction of the customers have always been assured by the development and application of methodologies on a high scientific level and a deep knowledge of the institutional and political framework.
